If we are unable to fulfill your order within the time frame of your event you WILL receive a refund.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to manufacturer supply, you WILL receive a refund.
We will contact you after placing your order to ensure correct sizing and to answer any questions you may have.
In stock dresses will be shipped immediately. Dresses coming from the manufacturer may take 2-8 wks for delivery.
Prom dress orders (within the contiguous 48 states) will receive FREE standard ground shipping. Wedding gown shipping is $25 which includes tracking and insurance. Bridesmaid dress orders ship for $15 total for your entire order. Shoe orders ship for FREE for your order (up to 4 pair per order.) We ship via UPS and USPS. This will be discussed with you during our confirmation call/email.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost. We can discuss this with you after placing your order.
International shipping is available for an additional cost.
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipping within Kansas. Current sales tax is 8.55% and will be added to your total and indicated in the final email prior to completing your order.
*Prom dresses going to Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma high schools will be registered at our store so that no duplicate dress is sold for your prom from our store. We will register one dress for one school (based on style number). However, it is out of our control if someone purchases the dress elsewhere, has worn it to their prom and then attends another prom, or is dishonest about the prom they will be attending. This is a service we provide, participation is not mandatory.
*Not all dresses are kept in stock locally and depending on availability with the manufacturer may not be available in time for your event. You will be contacted upon placing your order.

Measurements: Bust - Taken at the fullest part of your chest. Do not use the Bra size.
Waist - Measurement should be taken about 2 inches above the belly button.
Hips - Measure the fullest part including your buttocks.
Use the size chart for your gown only. Fit the largest of the 3 measurements into the size chart to determine the correct size. Do not base your size decision on your jean size or other clothing size. Every dress company cuts differently and the dresses may run small. All measurments are in inches.
